Logo Marketing Singapore (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through logomarketingsingapore.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Personal data we collect

  • Details you give us — when you email us or send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you include it), company name and anything you write about your project.
  • Project materials — files, brand assets and briefs you share with us when we work on your logo or brand identity.
  • Website usage data — Google Analytics records how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location). See our Cookies Settings page for details.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
  • To carry out and deliver the design work you ask us for.
  • To send you information about your project, invoices and follow-ups.
  • To understand how our website is used, so we can improve it.

We only use your personal data for the purposes we have told you about, or that you would reasonably expect. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only where needed to provide our service — for example with our website hosting provider, email provider and Google (for website analytics). These providers process data on our behalf. Some of them may store data outside Singapore; where this happens we take reasonable steps to make sure your data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA. We will also disclose personal data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required for legal or business reasons. After that we delete it or remove the means by which it can identify you.

We use reasonable security measures to protect personal data in our possession against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

  • Access — you may ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used.
  • Correction — you may ask us to correct personal data that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Withdrawing consent — you may withdraw your consent for us to use your personal data. We will tell you what this means for any work in progress (for example, we may be unable to continue a project without your contact details).
